Follow-up on process issues for different roles in the VDS operation.
Communicate effectively to stakeholders and management on process concerns (e.g. KPI, process issues and improvements).
Establish and maintain a relationship with the Global Team in order to partner closely on new initiatives and align with SCR specifications.
Ownership of the VDS process and team dynamics Support Team Lead in operational topics.
Perform and review process controls Manage the VDS process stakeholders’ expectations and deliverables, on a timely manner. Flexibility to adapt to different type of roles and projects according to the business needs.
Propose and implement best practices to maintain high quality in operations.
Oversee training of new VDS team members to ensure consistency.
University degree in graphic design or similar field.
More than 5 years in the Graphic Design Industry.
At least 3 years experience in the a shared service center environment.
Excellent English language skills, written and spoken (other languages will be appreciated).
Proven professional experience in the VDS process.
Skills in using the Adobe Suite and other associated graphics and web design programs such as InDesign and Photoshop.
Computer skills and understanding of Microsoft Office suit, email and chat technologies.
Open mind with a taste for improving processes.
Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills required for solving operational issues.
High level of focus on work quality/attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to operate in a highly intercultural environment and to work in a team Excellent time management.
Experience in conducting trainings and onboarding of new hires.
Leadership and coordination capabilities.
Flexibility as well as the ability to work under pressure.
Good communication and presentation skills.
