**Job Description**:
We are seeking a UX Writer who will be responsible for creating new documentation to support the developer and partner experiences, and for rewriting and reorganizing existing content. You will partner closely with UX designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to ensure that the experiences you contribute to align with the overarching creative direction.
**Responsibilities**:
– Document partner-friendly release notes
– Document partner-friendly integration guides (how-tos, quickstarts, API docs)
– Organize documentation and make it easily discoverable
– Maintain content quality through curation and content performance analysis
**Skills Required**:
– 8+ years of work experience in UX writing (technical background preferred)
– BA/BS degree in a relevant field
– Exceptional portfolio demonstrating your ability to write in a clear, concise, accurate, and user-friendly manner
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
– Strong attention to detail
– Experience working directly with development and UX teams
– Experience with large IA projects
– Experience working with XML, markdown, or HTML
– Experience with API documentation
