– You have at least 3 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Internet and Professional Services.
– Prior experience in a recruiting or talent acquisition role, preferably in IT and Healthcare industry
– Strong understanding of US recruitment practices and employment laws
– Experience with sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Attention to detail and ability to multitask
– Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
– HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
– Strong knowledge of legal and statutory requirements pertaining to HR practices.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organisation.
