Descripción de funciones: Provides back-office service to internal clients and analysts: processes documents; builds document follow-up requests for internal customer inquiries; appropriately routes different cases to the appropriate department or person for accurate resolution; retrieves documentation for Internal client requests; and provides leadership team with information on significant issues that arise.· Gives quality control by reviewing documentation to verify accuracy and compliance by following policies and procedures; adheres to all legal and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance; notifies management of quality issues or concerns; and shares process improvement recommendations.· Completes assigned work and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, internal clients, and other processes partners; identifies priorities, timelines, and expectations; settles and recommends ways to address improvement opportunities; adapts and learns from change, challenges, and feedback provided.· Aligns with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; using the open-door policy; and applying them in process execution.· Maintains engagement and communication through email with internal clients involved in the processes.· Provides support and fulfills any other requests required by company needs.· Maintain involvement and communication by telephone, email, chat or any other means with internal and external clients involved in the processes.· Follow all policies and procedures with a high ethical standard and integrity.· Applies PPI methodology to propose improvements.· Provide support and any other request that is required by the company’s needs.Basic Requirements· Bachelor in high school/Technical high school degree related with the position.· 1 year experience in Shared Service Centers· B1+ level of English proficiency· MS Office: Word, Power Point, Outlook – Excel basic.· Experience in at least one ERP (Concur, Oversight).· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.· Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.We pride ourselves on our inclusive and collaborative culture, where every voice is valued, and ideas are encouraged.We believe that diversity and inclusion are essential for encouraging innovation and driving business success.As an equal opportunity employer, we are committed to providing a workplace that is free from discrimination and harassment.Join our team and be part of a company that is making a difference.
