Provide personalized recommendations based on client preferences, budget, and travel interests.
Handle booking reservations, confirming travel arrangements, and managing any changes or updates as needed.
Offer exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the travel planning process.
Stay up-to-date on travel trends, destination information, and industry updates to provide clients with the most relevant and accurate information.
Requirements: Passion for travel and a genuine desire to help others create memorable experiences.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English is not required but a plus).
Previous experience as a travel agent or in a related customer service role is not required but a plus.
A reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace at home.
