Do it with pride.****Responsibilities**:- Responsible for the development and execution of sales programs related to the innovation, distribution, marketing and promotion plans of their assigned category.- Key liaison between Customer Business Teams (CBT) and Innovation, Marketing and Category Equity teams to ensure our strategies and tactics are aligned with our customers’ needs.- Responsible for creating category and customer plans for the assigned category, working collaboratively with the category, Insights and Customer Business Teams (CBT).- Be seen as a category expert internally and create compelling, actionable and measurable category plans.- Provide thought leadership internally and externally around brand and category initiatives (promotional strategy/budget planning)- Lead delivery of category dashboard/fundamentals and recommend corrective actions to ensure objectives are met.- Continuous assessment of critical referral volume opportunities/risks and leading initiatives to optimize category performance.What you will bring- A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:- Category development, key accounts and market insight analysis and delivering growth through category leadership- Having a future-focused mindset, demonstrating curiosity about industry trends, digital solutions and innovation for consumers and translating opportunities into business plans- Delivering strategic plans, measuring and monitoring results, and making recommendations to achieve growth targets- Influencing stakeholders and interacting effectively with others, with the courage and resilience to hold an alternative point of view- Analytical skills and business acumen- Proven experience in the fast-moving consumer goods field is a distinct advantage.**Requirements**:- 8+ years of experience in Commercial/Sales- Previous experience in transnational companies, distributors.- Ability to manage teams and lead strategic initiatives.- In-depth knowledge of the distribution sector and understanding of customer needs.- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment.- Fluent in English and Spanish.No Relocation support availableBusiness Unit Summary- Wacam is MondelezInternational’s Latin America presence with more the 1700 wonderful people proudly representing a diversity of cultures and nationalities.
