- Advanced English Speaker. Fluent in verbal and written English. High Proficiency level (85% or more)
- Schedule flexibility to work on weekends and/or a mixed schedule (must)
- Availabilty to work at Heredia (must)
- CCNA modules completed – Version 7 (must).
- Practical knowledge of troubleshooting Routing and Switching protocols BGP, EIGRP, STP, and 802.11.
- Practical knowledge of protocols including Multicast, HSRP, TCP/IP and IPSEC.
- Troubleshooting knowledge in NAT, DNS, DHCP, STP, EIGRP, Routing Protocols, ACL’s, OSPF.
- Knowledge/usage of Packet Tracer.
Experience
- Call Center experience a plus
