Descripción de funciones: ResponsabilidadesTemporary Contact Center Agent – HR SupportDescription:MyBridgestone HR Support Center agent will be responsible for providing support and assistance to Bridgestone Teammates and Retirees based in United States with HR related inquiries such as Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance among others, by adhering to security verification process, undestanding caller’s concern and identifying resolution by using knowleadge library and/or identifying the corresponding HR Group to assign the case, add documentation and document case properly, all of this while providing outstanding customer service.Major duties
- Provide high class quality service in every interaction while meeting defined service level agreement for the process.
- Ability to document and assign case properly by using the stablished procedures.
- Adhere to work schedule.
- Manage confidential and sensitive employee information by following compliance and security parameters.
- Accountable for the customer satisfaction results of the client supported.
- Ensures issues/concerns are solved properly by following the knowledge database related to resolution and assignation.
RequisitosQUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business, Finance or equivalent in experience. Completed or currently in progress (Plus)
- Fluent communication and writing skills in English (Advance- C1 or above) – Required
- Proven experience on call center enviroment for a least 1 year. – Required
- Previous work experience with HR related services like payroll, leave of absence, benefits, etc. (preferable)
SKILL/KNOWLEDGE
- Experience using Knowledge database and researching skills.
- HR experience (Payroll and Benefits).
- HR technical abilities, HR software preferred.
- Experience dealing with customers and use of empathy skills.
- Ability to communicate in english verbally and in writing. Reading and compherension skills.
- Office package knowleadge is a must.
- Great communication skills.
- Ability to work as Team player
- Ability on problem’ solutions is required
- Ability on decision making.
- Ability to search for solution on knowleage base library.
- Ability to work with different systems at the same time.
- Experience working with Workday, SAP and ServiceNow – Desirable
- Ability on time management.
