- Monitoring transfer pricing positions and escalating developments to the leader
- Assisting with updates to transfer pricing workstreams using Excel and data analytics tools
- Assisting with project management, data collection, and correspondence with foreign affiliates for transfer pricing documentation and US Federal Income Tax reporting
- Calculating transfer pricing adjustments needed to achieve arm’s length financial results
- Standardizing transfer pricing processes and identifying opportunities to automate calculations
- Collaborating with other departments in the organization related to Transfer Pricing activities
- Other incidental duties
What you’ll need (Required):
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or Data Analytics,
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience previous related experience
- Good problem-solving, critical thinking, and investigative skills
- Proven expertise in MS Office Suite, including intermediate Excel
What else we look for (Preferred):
- Experience working in Shared Service Center environment or larger accounting/ tax consulting company
- Expertise in income tax software (e.g., Vertex), and ERP (e.g., JDE and Hyperion)
- Accounting, forecasting, planning or expense analysis experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
- Solid knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies, procedures, and guidelines relevant to tax
- Solid knowledge of financial concepts and principles
- Expertise in one or more functional areas and detailed knowledge of other areas impacted within the business
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Strict attention to detail
- Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams and representing the department on specific projects
- Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships
- Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
- Travel (day and overnight by car, air, train, etc.) will vary. Percentage of time is determined by Management
