Descripción de funciones: Responsible to deliver training on Fieldglass, Service Now and any process enhancement on the existing tool.
Fluent in Portuguese English and should be able to deliver trainings in these languages.
Deliver global supplier training on any process changes to ensure adherence to operating principles and quality levels.
Managing termination process for all the regions.
Monitoring the reactivation of any contractor resources in the event of processing errors.
Support the Supplier Care Team Lead with projects and initiatives and process enhancements.
Ensure Supplier setups are completely accurately including pay sites and engagement with Supply Chain Operations to ensure systemic updates are captured correctly.
Engaging with internal partners on any NonEmployee related investigations or escalations.KnowledgeExperience
Minimum 4 years of experience working in project management or staffing industry experience
Experience with relationship management including internal and external stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Office including using MS Excel to present data andor create reports
Demonstrated experience with automated endtoend sourcing tools e.g. Fieldglass, including implementation and organizational change experience
Experience of training and mentoring new team members
Experience of understanding and applying policies and labour laws
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Able to grasp and master new requirements and related knowledge.
Strong organization skills and detail orientation
Able to work in a fast paced, highpressure environment
Ability to multitask and deliver tasks
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Able to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
