Descripción de funciones: Job DescriptionThe BMA Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the fulfillment and achievement of objectives of the associates under his charge within the Prime Air program for our client Amazon. The BMA Team lead will act as the primary communication channel between BMA associates and our clients.JOB FUNCTION:Management:
- Supervise and play an active role with workgroups around 20-25 people.
- Control and track start and end sessions, vacations, medical leaves, and any other associate issue with their assigned workgroup.
- Schedule weekly meetings with team members and clients to discuss issues, work progress, etc.
- Proactively recommend and develop strategical solutions where appropriate and maintain healthy team metrics.
- Motivate and mentor the team members.
Performance:
- Identify performance areas for improvements and provide recommendations.
- Coordinate and lead 1:1 session as an early action to improve and maintain an outstanding team performance
- Collaborate with HRBP/Account manager designing and successfully launch performance strategies.
- Develop and implement strategical action plans to meet the team and individual metrics.
Communication
- Being the point of contact with Amazon Ops Manager and Client Staff, every time the HRBP is not able to attend them.
- Attend calls and update weekly status reports meeting set up with the Client management team.
Support
- Support and manage account operations and activities.
- Generate and maintain metrics reports and develop.
- Any other support requested by the BMA Manager.
KPIs and metrics: These metrics are subject to change according to business and customer needs.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 6+ months of BMA tenure since latest hire date.
- 6+ months of experience in call center/operational procedures’s team management.
- Experience in peer coaching, mentoring, and/or training.
- Experience with MS Office tools.
- Intermediate/advanced English proficiency (B2+ level).
- Metric, number analysis orientation.
- Six Sigma Yellow Belt is required.
- Excel knowledge
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
Please take into consideration this is a Hybrid role (3 days from Home and 2 days from office)
