The Sr. Technology PMO Analyst is key to enabling efficient and effective ways of working across our transformational portfolios, through the development of standard processes, metrics, and overall governing framework as part of the PM Center of Excellence.This role supports Sysco Technology leaders (e.g Supply Chain, Commercial) with strategic enterprise-wide initiatives and their interdependencies by closely working with IT Finance, Corp Strategy and other key stakeholders in supporting strategic decision-making. The team works in a fast-paced, collaborative environment directly interacting with the company’s senior executives and decision-makers. The small and flat team structure allows the team to be nimble and efficient, while at the same time exposing them to various areas of the business. This Sr. Analyst will support the EPMO by leveraging analytical tools to conduct financial analysis on enterprise-wide project statuses.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Primarily responsible for analysis and research to identify ways of optimizing Global Technology PMO activities.
  • Develop and manage the process improvement/best practices within the Global Technology Community of Projects
  • Knowledgeable in change management initiatives to drive and improve PM Center of Excellence across Sysco Technology
  • Identifies trends and develops solutions to improve EPMO standardization process.


Cost Accountant Student Worker
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education
  • 5+ years EPMO (Enterprise Project Management Office) experience.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodology.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
  • Experience communicating across Global teams and Leadership
  • Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
  • Familiar with Project Management Lifecycles (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2, etc.) and how they are leveraged with Solution Delivery Lifecycles to deliver technical solutions.
