Our Sr. Supply Planner also owns relationship with distribution and warehouse teams and maintains safety stock and adequate inventory levels. The major responsibility for this role is the Supply Management (70%), it also has Metric and Financial Management (15%) and Process Management & Continuous improvement initiatives (15%).#thisiswhere your work has purpose!Your team:Our Planning Team is characterized for their connection with our purpose and mission, every product that is delivered to our patients is a life that we save or sustain. You will be surrounded by partnership, teamwork, integrity and a place full of opportunities to grow!What you’ll be doing:We ensure customer service target of 97%+ is maintained at optimized inventory levels by procuring supply to meet the demand plan, creating purchase orders and tracking through receipt end-to-end (Site – Market).We work closely with the Marketing, Demand Planning & customer operations to synchronize all supply requirements across all Baxter warehouses and DC- globally.We work very closely with the transportation & warehousing to ensure timely dispatch / receipts of products and communicate the availability of FG for sale regularly with all stakeholders. Make crucial proposals for expediting customer orders OR inter Branch-plant Shipments and maintain a record of it. We determine and report appropriate supply chain parameters such as available to promise and customer back order trends and patterns with supporting strategies for improvement.We analyze, establish and maintain planning inputs, including product lead-times, safety stock targets, production minimums, economic order quantities, ROP’s etc. and initiate actions to optimize all contributing variables with site production plans to ensure execution of the MRP and urgent customer issues.We provide analysis to see opportunities for improved supply utilization, standardization, network optimization and process improvement, evaluates findings and makes recommendations.Report weekly and monthly BO trending reports with root cause analysis, develops critical metrics to monitor movement of products between different nodes of SC, collaboratively develop and manage portfolio metrics dashboard and provide monthly S&OP support.We own the back-order management process and develop optimization strategies with inventory and deployment. (Where applicable responsible for identification, reporting and mitigation of inventory write-off and excess inventories’ risk.Requirements:

  • Bachellors Degree in Supply Chain or related field.
  • 3+ years in supply and/or deployment planning, strong process exposure and demonstrated experience in process improvement.
  • Fluent English C1
  • Business Intelligence (Power BI/ Power Queries/ Tableau / Data modelling
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving and communication skills
  • High analytical and advance Excel capabilities
  • Big Data management / Python, APICs certification and / or working towards (preferred).
