Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.**Responsibilities**:- Test and validate flow of Human Capital data from Workday to HRDW to Workforce Reports- Perform Extract/Transform/Load (ETL) testing- Ensure accuracy and data integrity is maintained- Analyze HR data from relational databases using SQL to test accuracy and validate front end reporting data- Partner with the technology partners to enable system enhancements/developments, support activities to manage reporting tool deployments, support changes and control implementations- Lead and/or participate in Workday and/or other Citi owned/licensed system and software related integration, regression, UAT and other type of testing.
