Descripción de funciones: Job Description We are seeking someone with a passion for building infrastructure and platform services that enable and accelerate software development teams against a backdrop of complex compliance and governance. As a key player in our product development process, you will be responsible for driving the success of our products by collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Your role will involve defining and prioritizing features, creating user stories, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products. Key Responsibilities Lead the product backlog refinement process, ensuring that user stories are well-defined and prioritized based on business value. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals. Work closely with development teams in an Agile environment, providing guidance and clarifications on user stories during sprints. Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and goals to the development team. Conduct regular sprint reviews and retrospectives to continuously improve the development process. Foster a collaborative environment, balancing the needs of stakeholders with the capabilities of the development team. Identify opportunities for process improvements, driving for continuous improvement-better outcomes with the software development team and stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experiece. Additional certification in Agile or Product Management is a plus. Proven experience as a Product Owner in an Agile development environment. In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar. Knowledge of DevOps practices; Understanding of automation, continuous integration-continuous deployment (CI-CD) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Understanding of infrastructure technologies: familiarity with networking, cloud services, virtualization, storage, and server technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. Familiarity with product analytics and data-driven decision-making.
