Descripción de funciones: :Support the Governance Program on Productivity: Weekly Workstream meetings with Operations, PPI, Automation, IT and Process Leads across all workstreams (O2C, R2R, P2P, Customer Care)In coordination with Workstream leads, lead definition of savings/productivity targets and savings calculation methodology. Monitor realization of benefits, including tracking financial and qualitative resultsAlign with Sr. Leadership on investment requirements for proposed productivity initiatives. Review return on investment (ROI) calculations and evaluate proposed benefit realization, including assessing confidence in value and timeline after accounting for level of riskManagement of productivity measurement and visualization of Monthly/Quarterly productivity reporting, including the development of dynamic productivity tools/dashboardDefine and drive activity mapping exercise for processes and time in motion for employees in current state and re-measure post productivity initiatives to track actual attainment of productivity targetsApplies knowledge of operations and performance improvement to serve as a change agent; assimilates change in performance and practices. Champion the businesses’ needs across the Centers, instilling and driving a culture of continuous performance improvement from the businesses’ perspectiveSupport Cost per Transaction calculations and measure against Internal & External Benchmarks; Conduct volumes analysis across workstreamsSupport Volume Analysis to assist with decision making & Find opportunities for Ideal Org design/structure for operations teamsSupports deployment of best in class techniques and technology to drive performance insights including application of data analytics and visualizationMinimum Requirements/Qualifications:10+ years of progressive work experience in finance or accounting with 7+ years of experience in a shared services environment or in a consulting capacityExperience in a Productivity & Performance Management team/role would be a plusProject management skills/experience in a mustSense of urgency and creativity to handle project issues and adapt plan to meet objectivesAnalytical and problem solving capacities to synthesize large quantities of complex data to generate meaningful insightsProven ability to interact with multiple levels of leadership both internally and externally, and influence peers and senior management in a complex, geographically dispersed matrix organizationSelf-directed, dynamic and customer-centric change-agent who thrives in a challenging and changing environmentHighly collaborative; aligns effectively with colleagues and business partners to deliver results while increasing the success of all contributorsSkilled communicator and proven relationship builder, able to operate within a multitude of formal and informal networks while managing the competing interests of varied collaboratorsChampions productivity improvements through Practical Process Improvement (PPI) and has a commitment to continuous learningBachelor’s Degree RequiredExcellent attention to detail required
