You will have the opportunity to discuss details in the interview.About the role:Magellan is a global business transformation program accompanying the move of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system from ECC to S/4HANA. Magellan’s goal is to simplify, standardize and modernize our core business processes, enabling BSC to better leverage the power of data and to position our business for profitable and sustainable growth.The Magellan Organizational Change Enablement Team (OCE) is responsible for Change Enablement and Communications; Talent Development and Future Operating Models; and ERP Training deployment, delivery and establishing a sustaining function.The Business Analyst will report to the Senior Training Manager on the OCE team. As part of the OCE team, this role will be primarily responsible for engaging managers and stakeholders regarding end user identification, role mapping and training activities for each release. The culture of the OCE team is to work as a group and be flexible and willing to jump into the broader OCE team responsibilities. It is an expectation that all OCE members can represent all OCE activities (at a high-level) when engaging with stakeholders.You’re Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with Change Network Leads and/or Manager in identifying S/4HANA end users, role mapping, identifying training needs and driving training assignments.
  • Develop tools, templates and communications to be used consistently across all teams.
  • Collaborate with Security and Product teams to develop and deliver an end-user friendly role catalog • Train Change Network leads and managers on the process for validating end-users and role mapping.
  • Partner with the Magellan Security and broader team to lead role mapping activities for each deployment. Those activities involve working with stakeholders to capture end users, ensure the end users are mapped to security roles, and assist in the process to resolve segregation of duties (SOD) conflicts.
  • Define, communicate, and follow-up on tracking measures of end-user and role-mapping activities to complete on-time with high quality.
  • Provide timely support through multiple venues (e.g., open-office hour sessions, follow-up on questions, monitoring email inbox)
  • Solicit feedback from Change Network Leads to facilitate process improvement initiatives where appropriate.
  • Support training waiver assignment execution, manage S4 training materials in myLearning and TRS, support tester training activities and other training logistics.
  • Partner with Deployment Training business partner to co-ordinate logistics and scheduling, train-the-trainer activities
  • Pull and analyze data/ metrics for the OCE team to showcase percentage completion for different tasks.
  • Facilitate or support training processes and efforts required to meet Quality System and compliance requirements.
  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of five years of related work experience
  • English level desired: C1
  • Successful track record delivering high quality solutions to all levels of organization using multiple vehicles.
  • Experience working on a global project transformation across geographies.
  • Related work experience with learning management systems and training processes
  • Experience with Excel and preferred Power BI capability
