In addition, prepare reports for the businesses and corporate in their month end results analysis, as well as develop a role to support activities as needed. And now, we are determined to realize our boldest opportunities to transform global healthcare for years to come.What you’ll be doingWork with Baxter Business Services (BSS) Centers personnel and key partners to address and resolve queries received from internal and external customers passionate about solve the issues on a timely manner aligned with our main Key Performance Indicators.Identify and present root causes analysis in regards queries received and solutions for continuous process improvements.Educate internal customers and suppliers on the use of self-service solutions, where appropriate.Investigate and resolve technical issues with ERPs such as JDE, GME, Coupa, etc.Resolve any interface issue and/or address it accurately and timely to the accurate team/person.Assist to any meeting and coordinate with partners on behalf the Supervisor if is needed.Lead all aspects of month-end close activities (reporting and deliverables).Align with Corporate Policies.Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by management.Ensure the understanding of audit processes held by the country entities and the implications of those.Provide in a timely manner any support documentation requested by any audited process.Have sense of urgency and inform accordingly to the supervisor of any potential issue that might impact the operation.What you’ll bringBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Public AccountingMinimum of three years of experience in the end-to-end Accounts Payable processProficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially ExcelCritical thinking and problem solvingExtraordinary interpersonal and leadership skillsExperience working with JDE, Coupa, Maximo, PRMS, GME tools is preferredFully Bilingual (English and Spanish), minimum B2Portuguese language is preferredReasonable AccommodationsBaxter is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities globally.
