Responsibilities include coordinating risk and control assessments, coordinating real time incidents until closure, and planning business continuity across five global centers. The role will help foster a strong risk culture and drive continuous improvements in risk, incident, and BCM practices. Additionally, you will manage risk and incident reporting, conduct staff training initiatives, and regularly test and maintain business continuity plans (BCPs).If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements below. - Manage comprehensive risk management and business continuity program that align with organizational goals and cost objectives, engaging multiple stakeholders across our global teams
- Manage risk appetite statements, key risk measures, risk triggers, and appropriate escalation protocols across the 5 centers globally
- Foster a strong risk culture by collaborating with the global teams, Risk Champions, and Emergency Responders to promote awareness and drive embedding risk management into the JBS organization
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in risk, incident, and business continuity management practices globally
- Coordinate risk and control assessments across global operational processes, process transitions, automations, bot implementations, and other high-impact areas. Collaboratively establish and track mitigation actions to closure
- Coordinate global real-time incident management, conduct thorough post-incident reviews, read across for similar processes across JBS, and ensure corrective actions are implemented
- Deliver staff training initiatives working closely with Center Leadership, Risk Champions, and Emergency Responders across centers
- Maintain and enhance business continuity management systems and processes, ensuring regular testing and refinement of BCPs across the centers
- Conduct Call Cascade testing, Security and Site risk assessments, Scenario exercises, and plan walkthroughs
- Manage JBS’s agenda for Risk, Incident and Business Continuity Management across the globe
- Implement and monitor program initiatives across all centers
- Build an extended team utilizing risk champions, bringing our enabling function capabilities to best in class standards
- Anticipates and plans long-term risk mitigation through adequate liaison with global risk experts – technology, HR, HSSE, Legal, global Risk and BCM etc.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of total experience with at least 1 year of experience with Risk, Incident and Business Continuity Management in shared services / GCC (Global Capability Center) organization.
- Advanced English communication level
- Risk Management background, including driving operational risk and Business continuity programs
- Excellent communication (verbal, in-person, and written) and interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholders from various domains
- Experience in Technology, Information Security, Financial Audits will be an added advantage
