About the Position:
The Social Media and Digital Community Manager will be responsible for engaging with customers and prospective customers on all forms of social media. Fostering and developing followers and engage customers are the key outcomes we are seeking for this role. You will also be in charge of find, developing and collaborating with influencers to help grow our brand. Someone who has experience fishing and understands the industry is crucial!
– Analyze customer expectations according to past social media activity
– Develop social media campaigns
– Define KPIs and KRAs for social media campaigns
– Update social media content across all channels (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and TikTok)
– Engage with customers and followers
– Monitor campaigns and analyzes data obtained
– Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
– Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network
– Develop content or get it done by content developers
– Keep an eye on social media trends
– Communicate effectively to all stakeholders including senior management and content developers
QUALIFICATIONS:
– Experience as a social media manager or a similar role _(be specific, and include the number of years of experience)_
– Experience in creating social media strategies
– Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Craft engaging content
– Organized and able to multitask
**Skills**:
– Video editing software (Adobe Premiere/Final Cut Pro)
– Photo editing software (Photoshop, Lightroom, etc)
– Social media strategy knowledge
– Website/SEO marketing knowledge
Pay: ¢985,000.00 – ¢1,200,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
– Social Media: 3 years (required)
