Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, design, development, and marketing, to create innovative solutions and strategies.**SEO Manager**360training is seeking a talented SEO Manager with technical expertise and a creative mindset. As an SEO Manager, you will be responsible for increasing organic website traffic and billings through technical SEO, on-page SEO, and content strategy. You will report to the Sr. Manager of Growth Marketing and work with the content, design, development, and PPC teams. To excel in this role, you must be an independent self-starter with strong analytical skills, 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience, and be capable of using practical insights to guide digital marketing strategies. This position is based in San Jose, Costa Rica.**What You’ll Do**:– Develop and execute various SEO strategies to improve organic revenue
– Regularly reassess and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights
– Assist with the planning and execution of the content strategy by providing SEO expertise
– Request webpage content updates by providing SEO keywords and pages to emulate
– Run quarterly technical audits and fix all critical errors
– Improve organic webpage content including copy, page headings, titles, and meta data
– Analyze data to identify issues and formulate data-driven insights to optimize strategies
– Perform competitor analysis and report on/reverse engineer their top approaches
– Stay current on algorithm updates and SEO trends**Qualifications**:– BA degree
– 4+ years of SEO experience
– Experience managing multiple SEO projects across multiple websites
– Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various teams
– Expertise performing technical SEO audits of large websites
– In-depth knowledge of utilizing Ahrefs and SEMrush to implement SEO best practices
– Experience using website analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Google Search Console
– A keen ability to turn insights into proposals and proposals into procedures
– Proactive, independent worker who takes initiative on solving problems
– Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Must be a team player and able to operate in a dynamic environment
