Descripción de funciones: We are a growing company looking for a Senior Software Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years of experience in Python and SQL. The candidate should preferably have knowledge of Prefect or other code scheduler applications. The candidate will be responsible for the development and deployment of software solutions that meet our clients’ and internal needs while adhering to industry standards. Responsibilities: Maintains comprehensive knowledge of the Operations portfolio and contributes to product features design, planning and development to deploy high-quality software solutions. Develop, maintain, and improve software applications, services, and components to perform more effective data handling, conversion, input/output requirements and storage. Design and implement complex systems utilizing best practices and innovative approaches. Write well-documented code and Work with assigned development team developing features utilizing best development practices and methods; provides code review, code guidance, and other technical assistance. Performs debugging and unit testing of all production codes and new coded process. Perform complex queries using Python and SQL among other languages. Stay up to date with new technologies and programming languages that may be useful in executing the job. Must Haves: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent. 5+ years of professional software development experience. 3+ years of proven experience working with Python and SQL. Advanced English. Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills. Experience working in a team environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Nice to Have: Prefect or other code scheduler application. GitHub or other control version management. API management strategies and techniques. .Net, Jscript, C++. Cloud computing.
