Candidates must have the ability to successfully manage and produce multiple deadlines-driven projects while maintaining the most accuracy and the highest visual quality. A developed eye and appreciation of professional photography, tabletop product shots and advertising art is an important factor for consideration and success in the position.Duties/Responsibilities

• Responsible for thought leadership activities, defining frameworks to steer and aid in creative talent, work, and consulting with existing and new clients to help drive and elevate work.

• Candidates must be well versed in the Adobe Creative Suite. You will be performing a variety of image tasks including but not limited to retouching, quality control of images, color correction, file conversion, archival, and other duties as assigned. This position is only for highly detailed individuals with flexibility with doing what is required to deliver the highest quality of production work and possess the availability.

Primary Focus & Responsibilities:

• English level B2 or higher
• Partnering with Creative Manager and Lead Retouchers to ensure team productivity, scheduling, management, and talent needs.
• Manages a team of Senior and Mid-Level Retouchers in their assigned pillar of expertise and region.
• Working closely with Creative Manager and Lead Retouchers in identifying, evaluating best of work and artists
• Remains constantly aware of industry talent, focus on scaling and developing this team.
• Proven experience in leading ideas and teams with a focus on craft, culture and optimizing team. productivity.
• Passion for production and not satisfied with status quo, but rather always innovating, improving, and growing offering and team
• Responsible for evaluating the latest technology trends to execute new efficiencies that will benefit our clients and process workflow.
• Maintain communication with Brand Clients, Internal Clients, Studio and Vendors to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction.
• Establish relationships with Agency/Brand Creatives to bridge communications artists to artists.
• Responsible for Tier 1-2 Executions, Bidding, Execution and Delivery
• Works closely with Executive Producers to review bids and oversees scope of work throughout the life cycle of a job.
• Exceptional creative acumen with a strong creative vision and oversight of all projects in assigned pillar
• A strong portfolio displaying their expert level understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud, 3D modeling software is a plus.
• Organize and execute creative images for high end advertising for print, digital, web, photography, and e-commerce.
• Creative retouching tools, procedures, and capabilities for image compositing, manipulation, and color adjustments in RGB and CMYK.
• Utilize masking, selections, adjustment layers, custom curves, channels, layer sets, and organizing proper layer structure.
• Responsible to attend Pre-Production and Production Kick-Offs internal and externally.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of retouching experience in an agency or production company
• College or University diploma in graphic, packaging, or communication design is preferred.
• Expert understanding of all file formats, color profile, and industry-pre-press standards.
• Focused on Team Development and Leadership presence.
• Strong problem-solving ability. A demonstrated track record of gaining trust and respect by consistently demonstrating sound critical-thinking skills and maintaining composure in stressful situations.
• Excellent team management skills with ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including strong presentation skills.
• Ability to assess production needs (by having a working knowledge of production fundamentals, discipline expertise, and craft expectations)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment.
