The Data and Analytics organization within Intel IT is chartered with delivering and maintaining world-class data and analytics capabilities that equip the business to capture value through consistent, accurate, reliable and high-quality data, reporting and analytical solutions.Roles and Responsibilities:Collaborate with business partners to understand and document requirementsConvert business requirements to designDevelopment of the required technical componentsUnit testing, integration testing and test automationProvide status reports and attend Scrum ceremoniesProvide expertise on database management/design to drive integration of business data, functions, and systemsEstablish standards, guidelines, procedures, and other infrastructure necessary to support the objective of integration of dataResolve performance problemsPlans and schedules daily tasks, uses judgement on a variety of problems requiring deviation from standard practices.Behavioral traits desired:Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.Willingness to explore new alternatives or options to solve data issues, and utilize a combination of industry best practices, data innovations and your experience to get the job done.Passion for documenting work and sharing knowledge systematically is a must**Qualifications****_ Minimum Qualifications_**:Three years of experience in data and analytics developmentBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related fieldExperience with Semiconductor Supply and Demand data**_Preferred Qualifications:_**Programming experience in SQL Server: stored Procedures, Analysis services, Integration Services and willingness to learn new programming languages to meet goals and objectivesExperience processing large amounts of structured and unstructured data, including integrating data from multiple sources.Experience in production support and troubleshootingExperience with Azure Data Warehouse**Inside this Business Group****Work Model for this Role**This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
