Descripción del empleo
- Review all Hedge Request Forms submitted by Agencies for completeness and accuracy.
- Create and complete FX Trade Tickets based on information in Hedge Request Forms (All FX Trading will be completed by the US Treasury Team).
- Confirm that Central Hedge Processing (CHP – Ireland) has accurately executed trades in TMS.
- Settle any non-CHP FX Trades via email with banks based on information contained within the Trade Tickets.
- To record all counterparty and mirror deals in the Treasury Management System (TMS) after Treasury has executed FX trades with the banks. Deals can be recorded in the TMS manually (single trades) or via a TMS upload template (bulk trades).
- Update single item FX Trade Tickets prepared by Treasury with critical data elements required by Agencies to complete PO’s or draft billings in Altair.
- Update and finalize multiple item (or bulk) FX Trade Tickets initially prepared by Treasury with critical data elements required by Agency finance teams and/or accounting. These are client/agency specific trades for Star com (Samsung), SSC Core Fees, Advisory Service Fees (ASF), Adobe Fees or Global Client Fees initiated by the Central Billing Units (CBU’s). This includes the weekly FX POBO payment run process for bulk small value vendor FX payments. This also includes the bi-monthly payment process runs related to the CJ Publisher payments.
- Update all trade tickets and FX files related to the CJ Publisher balance sheet hedge process.
- Submit certain data elements from Trade Tickets to agencies in order to complete their billing or payments processes in Altair.
- Update US Treasury log once all Trade Tickets are completed.
- Update and submit via TMS all QXT file transmissions (as needed).
- Ensure that all hedged vendor payables and client billings are loaded in Altair with matching payment or receipt dates equal to the value dates of the FX trades. This is a critical step to ensure that; 1) vendor payments are processed in Altair on the same date that bank account funding takes place and 2) that client billings are paid to the MMS USA or MMS Canada bank accounts on the same day that sold currencies need to be delivered to the trading banks. Failure to optimize these dates leads to intercompany mis-matches and FX Profit & Loss (P&L) for the agencies.
- Provide the initial notification to the US Treasury Team when certain counter party and mirror deals cannot be loaded into the TMS due to missing or incomplete banking information for certain currencies and agency entity codes.
- Collaborate with the US Treasury Team as needed for certain ad hoc reports or requirements dealing with FX-related matters.
- Prepare quarterly master roll up file that links and/or identifies; agency segment (P&L entity codes), Balance Sheet entity codes, TMS entity codes, Hubs and/or Pillars.
- Collaborate with the US Treasury Team to manage/minimize EOM FX IC balances between the US and CA agencies, MMS USA, MMS Canada and Ireland IC bank accounts. This is time sensitive work.
Requisitos
Formal Education
- Advanced Degree in business & administration, Finance, Economics or Accounting is a plus.
Work Experience
- At least 3 to 5 years in similar corporate finance or treasury positions with knowledge of global business practices.
Technical skills
- SAP
- Knowledge of FX Currency Codes.
- Advanced Excel
- Visual Basic= VBA for macros in Excel is a plus
Language
- Advanced English C1
