This role will collaborate with corporate members, such as sales, marketing, medical education, IT, internal Salesforce developers and architects to ensure the platform is designed, developed, evaluated, launched, and being used to its fullest potential.We are looking for an initiative-taking collaborator, with strong Salesforce Administrator experience who can partner with various cross-functional teams in developing valuable solutions, driving decision-making, crafting high impact enhancements, and streamlining processes!What will you be doing?You’ll be leading all aspects of the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the Salesforce platform for the US Sports Medicine & ENT franchise. This includes ensuring the system’s performance and health, creating user stories for new enhancements, leading CRM projects, and providing user access support and training for the sales team. You’ll serve as the main point of contact for CRM users, project requests, developers, and various teams. Your responsibilities will also include identifying and implementing system improvements, recommending enhancements, and handling field sales support inquiries.Additionally, you’ll build and maintain dashboards and reports, develop CRM analytics, and support the sales force effectiveness team with data modeling and analysis. You’ll work to enhance the CRM value proposition, improve support capabilities, and collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to improve customer targeting and opportunity pipeline management. You’ll also collaborate with Finance & Sales Operations teams to align sales reporting with overall Business Intelligence strategy, support the IQVIA record page buildout project, and conduct data modeling for ad hoc reporting. Another aspect of your role will involve developing frameworks to enhance sales effectiveness.In this role, you’ll collaborate with marketing/sales to capture business requirements for future implementation/enhancements. You’ll assist with system configuration to meet business needs, understand business processes, interpret change requests, and implement changes accordingly.You’ll develop training materials and conduct sessions for end users, acting as a support resource for existing users post-training. You’ll proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that align with business requirements. Furthermore, you’ll be responsible for maintaining data integrity within the Salesforce.com platform.For internal candidates only: (P2 level)What will you need to be successful?Over 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce platform roles, focusing on Sales Cloud management and providing support for national/global CRM initiatives.Possessing 3 or more years of validated expertise as a Salesforce Administrator.Demonstrable record of effectively strategizing, directing, and enhancing CRM systems.Thorough understanding of JIRA, SIT, and UAT processes for developing innovative CRM frameworks.Previous involvement in crafting and continuously improving crucial field sales metrics and delivering management reporting systems through tailored dashboards and CRMA.Proficient in software tools for integrating and visualizing data from diverse sources, facilitating data-driven insights for the organization.Proven track record to collaborate effectively with project teams and lead collaborative efforts.Experience in Sales Operations and enhancing business processes would be advantageous.Capable of developing and implementing comprehensive CRM training programs and launch strategies.Familiarity with methods for optimizing sales team efficiency through mobile data systems.Background in supporting large sales and marketing teams and driving CRM strategies.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Teams, and the Microsoft Suite.Effective communication and presentation skills, with a keen interest in rapid learning.Bachelor of Business Administration, Computer Science, or related degree plan.Salesforce certification and Tableau CRM Analytics strongly preferredMinimum Job Requirements:English Level B2+ (minimum required).Must have a Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent: computer science, information technology, or a related field plus 4 years of experience in the job offered or related role.Of the required/desired experience, must have 4 years of experience in each of the following:Microsoft applications such as Excel, Access, and PowerPointTableau Customer Relationship Management (CRM)Performance applications such as KPIAPEXC/CTTJava and JavaScriptSOQLSQLSalesforceHTMLMust have the following certifications:Salesforce AdministratorSalesforce Platform Developer ISalesforce Platform App BuilderYou.
