Descripción de funciones: We are helping Remote Latinos find a top candidate to join their team full time for the role of Sales Representative.Compensation:USD 5 – 10/hour.Location:Remote for residents of México, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Argentina, Nicaragua and Bolivia.Mission of Remote Latinos:«Our mission is to place 10,000+ people from all over Mexico, Central and South America including South Africa into remote jobs in the real estate space and help them increase their value so they can get paid more than the average person in their country.»What makes you a strong candidate:– You are expert in Real estate sales.– You are proficient in lead generation, sales closing, cold calling, sales.– Spanish – Fully fluent.– English – Fully fluent.Responsibilities and more:– Engage in proactive outreach to potential buyers and negotiate favorable terms for property sales.– Coordinate and execute property dispositions, ensuring seamless transactions from start to finish.– Leverage industry-standard tools such as Follow Up Boss CRM, InvestorLift leads platform, and MLS to streamline operations.– Collaborate effectively with team members to refine sales strategies and consistently achieve performance objectives.– Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends and optimize deal closure opportunities.– Utilize screen sharing technology to effectively follow up on leads and provide timely responses to inquiries.Job benefits:– Healthy work environment.
