**What you’ll have the opportunity to do**:– Assist in the preparation and coordination of sales presentations, proposals, and RFP responses.
– RFP Response Creation: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to gather necessary information and develop high-quality responses to RFPs, RFIs (Request for Information), and RFQs (Request for Quotation). This includes understanding client requirements, conducting research, and tailoring responses to address specific needs.
– Content Management: Maintain a repository of RFP content, including templates, standard responses, case studies, and supporting documents. Ensure all content is up to date, accurate, and aligned with the company’s branding and messaging. Update this info in RFPio (RFP response tool)
– Review and Editing: Review and edit RFP responses for clarity, consistency, grammar, and overall quality. Ensure that responses adhere to formatting guidelines, answer all questions thoroughly, and effectively highlight the organization’s unique value propositions.
– Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development and enhancement of RFP processes, templates, and best practices. Proactively identify areas for improvement, streamline workflows, and suggest innovative approaches to enhance the quality and efficiency of RFP responses.
– High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business administration or sales will be a plus.
– Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales or customer-oriented environment.
– Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
– Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
– Strong English written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels.
– Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
– Professional and friendly demeanor with a customer service-oriented approach.**Requirements**:
