Descripción de funciones: Responsible for the local (Europe and Asia) formal RFX (RFP, RFI, Bids, Tenders etc) response strategy, operation and process, including the development and deployment of business processes and/or capabilities associated with the sale of the company’s products and services;**_ Responsibilities: _**- Communicates the tactical process decisions and plans, project status, and issues to response a formal request for information appertaining to a sales pursuit from a customer- Works with the local sales community to manage the process of building out a formal business response to customers requests for information.- Leads internal response projects with medium to high complexity and risk, provides feedback on projects, and conducts post- project evaluations.- Represents the needs of the business, function, or region on an ongoing basis to drive process improvements.- Collaborates with sales, operational teams and business stakeholders to gather business information, supporting the response to new renewals formal sales pursuits and manages the sales processes of medium to high complexity, opportunities that require a formal response, ensuring the understanding business/customer impact- Collaborates with the global RFX team in the ongoing improvement methodologies in process improvement approaches.- Establishes processes which are consistent with overall organization objectives and maintains process documentation.**_ Education and Experience Required: _**- First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.- Typically 6-10 years of related experience in IT/business operations.- Experience in RFX/ Bid/ Tender response- Enterprise technology company experience- Typically 5-8 years of project management experience.- Quality improvement training required and certification a plus.**_ Knowledge and Skills: _**- In-depth knowledge of company operational processes, industry trends, and customer/partner requirements.- In-depth understanding of responding to technical requests for information- An understanding of company buying journeys, cycles and procurement- Excellent communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation), leadership, and influence skills. Mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required.- Strong business experience in multiple process areas with excellent project management and process development skills; ability to drive process improvements using industry standard quality improvements tools and concepts.- Strong project management skills such as planning, execution and implementation.- Solid financial and business acumen.- Experience with RFX response technologies (eg: RFP-IO, Loopio etc)**Job**:Sales Operations**Micro Focus is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
