About the Role: Manage the activities related to Internal Quality Audits in order to assure their compliance according to the local and Corporate requirements. Assure audit program is being conducted in an effective and efficient manner according to regulatory and ISO 13485 requirements. Additionally, the role is also responsible for implementing and maintaining the Quality Systems Elements and ensuring a permanent state of compliance with Corporate and current applicable regulations. Your Responsibilities Include: Perform quality audits to ensure compliance with regulations and ISO 13485 requirements. Organize, plan, direct and control in an efficient manner the activities of the internal quality audit process. Provide guidance for Auditors as necessary. Assures the implementation of new corporate requirements related to internal quality audit system. Ensure that BSC Costa Rica is in compliance with Corporate and Regulatory Requirements at all times. Develop continuous improvements initiatives of the Quality System. Participate & support Quality System related activities for improvement projects, transfers, new processes implementations, etc. Can act as CAPA Coordinator. Support other Quality System department areas when it is required. Provide support to Management Review process if required. Support external audit readiness activities. What We’re Looking For: Degree in Chemical, Industrial, Electronic, Biotechnology, Electromechanical Engineering or Related Field. English Level desired: B2:(80-89%). Desired knowledge: Formal Training on statistical and quality techniques desirable, ASQ Certified, Knowledge of Six Sigma, ISO13485 and regulated Quality systems, notified body or competent authority audits, lead internal auditor certification is a plus. At least 2 years of experience in similar position. Desirable Medical Industry experience.
