Descripción de funciones: As a Quality Analyst (Jr) you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance and efficiency of our Human Resources Processes.Your Responsibilities: This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:Onboarding Support: Assist in identifying new joiners and participate in onboarding sessions under the guidance of senior staff.Payroll Reconciliation Assistance: Help reconcile data between Payroll systems and Workday and coordinate corrections with Payroll and DM Tier 1 teams via Service Now under the guidance of senior staff.Data Quality Checks: Assist in running monthly Data Quality Processes to ensure data accuracy in Workday, working closely with Tier 1 teams for corrections.Onboarding Support: Support the evaluations to determine operational readiness for new Tier 1 employees by completing Quality Audits for new joiners.Risk Awareness: Learn to identify and report potential risks related to data privacy, fraud risk and incorrect payments.Compensation Auditing: Assist in auditing Compensation Correction transactions to ensure proper usage of Comp Corrector Workday Security Role.Visa Documentation: Provide support in the Visa Validation process to ensure compliance with Right to Work documentation and immigration laws.Audit Assistance: Collaborate with the HR QA Lead in audit-related activities under the guidance of senior staff.Why you?
