Descripción de funciones: **Project Manager**Riverpoint Costa RicaRiverpoint Medical in Zona Franca Coyol is looking to hire a **Project Manager**. At Riverpoint you will be part of the process that brings great technology to Medical, Dental and Veterinary markets. We specialize in the design and manufacturing of premium medical devices. Our ingenuity can be found in our suture technologies, sports medicine fibers and anchors, surgical lighting, and special needle technologies.As a **Project Manager** you** **will lead cross-functional teams in the planning, coordinating, monitoring and execution of new medical device projects. You will ensure new product development and sustaining projects are completed on time/cost & budget.**Duties & Responsibilities**:– Drive organizational improvement or sustaining projects from scoping through execution.
– Develop and manage detailed project plans, project timelines, milestones, and critical path tasks, ensuring alignment with all key stakeholders.
– Develop a risk management plan for the project. Proactively identify, analyze, and understand project risks; develop and monitor a risk response plan.
– Define, monitor and maintain costs within a project budget.
– Report out on project status, budget, and risks and recommend project decisions to upper-level management.
– Regularly report the project status to all internal and external stakeholders outlining progress, achievements, and risks.
– Establish daily tasks necessary for successful project execution.
– Utilize MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with MS Project, OneNote, and other tools**Key Skills**

– You are a problem solver.**Education and Qualifications**:– Bachelor’s Degree required; in engineering or technical discipline preferred
– 3+ years of relevant work experience
– Experience working in new product development**Preferred Qualifications**:– Experience with FDA 510(k) process or other regulatory submissions preferred
– PMP Certification
