Descripción de funciones: Job Description:Essential Job Functions:• Assist in the management of projects, ensuring they align with defined project goals and timelines.• Collaborate with project teams to define project scope and deliverables.• Support project progress monitoring and contribute to issue and risk management.• Participate in resource allocation and budget monitoring.• Assist in the preparation of project status reports for stakeholders.• Engage in continuous learning and professional development.• Contribute to the identification of process improvements in project management.• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure project documentation is up-to-date and organized.Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience• Typically, 4+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1+ years in a similar role• Proven experience in project and program management• Proficiencies in project management methodologies, tools, and software• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technologyOther Qualifications:• Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus• Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are a plus
