The OpportunityThis position works out of our Alajuela, Coyol location in the Vascular division that provides innovative, minimally invasive, and cost-effective products for the treatment of vascular disease.What You’ll Do

Analista Del Equipo De Revisión Digital Temporal
  • Manages the project throughout the project lifecycle from the initiation until the closing phase across multiple locations
  • Manages multiple, often concurrent projects making decisions regarding priorities and meets expectations
  • Implements common project management tools, methodologies and contributes to the development of project management best practices.
  • Leads development of Project Charter and documents the initial requirements that satisfy the stakeholder’s needs and expectations.
  • Establishes engineering project objectives and technical criteria for evaluating project results and activities of the project team.
  • Uses established PM tools and techniques (FEP, Cash Flow Projections, Scope / Schedule Control, etc.) to stay within authorized budget limits and achieve the overall project and organizational objectives.
  • Performs tasks, such as writing Requests for Capital Expenditures (RCEs), safety / quality checklists, scope documents, etc.
  • Monitors and controls project work and risks to meet the performance objectives defined in the project plan.
  • Reviews change requests, manages and approves changes to the deliverables, organizational process assets, project documents, and the project plan.
  • Mentors others by sharing knowledge and expertise and providing feedback and guidance.
  • Assists in the development and execution of validation protocols.

Shift: Admin (Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm)On-Site positionRequired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related STEM field
  • 4 years of related experience
  • Advanced commands of English
  • Demonstrated competency with project accounting experience.
  • Understanding and management of procurement & contracting processes
