• Part of initial phase of manufacturing technology development projects

• Executes Manufacturing technology development projects

• Implements new technologies in factories

• Initiates and executes major productivity improvement projects linked to Manufacturing processes and equipment

• Provides expert support to problem solving related to Manufacturing processes and Equipment

• Initiates and leads Manufacturing technology mentoring

• Develop tactical / strategic improvement opportunities and best-practices for BG

• Business processes (expert)

• Lead cross functional team for project execution.

• Focus his priorities and help other based on business requirements.

• Work as a mentor for his teammates.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in engineering field
• Advance English skills written and spoken.
• 5 years of experience
• Proven experience in manufacturing process sustaining.
• Proven knowledge on Quality – Regulatory tasks such as NCRs, CAPAS, Audits.
• Administrative Shift
