Descripción de funciones: Major Responsibilities Set-up, develop, and qualify processes for catheter or sub-assembly projects.
Identify and resolve issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional team members and customers.
Communicate process status, issues, or risks.
Education Bachelor’s degree (or superior) in an Engineering discipline or related technical field.
Knowledge and skills Expert level knowledge in process development (medical catheter processes preferred).
Great communication skills with a high emotional intelligence Demonstrated ability to interact with a diverse group of project stakeholders including customers, executives, peers, managers, and subject matter experts.
Proven competence in completing projects according to established scope, budget, and timelines.
Anticipate, assess, and mitigate project risks.
Fluent in spoken and written business English and Spanish.
At least 5 years of relevant work experience required, including previous experience in the medical device industry.
Transfer Process Projects implementation Preferred Master’s degree in engineering discipline.
