– Feeling comfortable leading onboarding calls with customers and partners.
– Taking ownership of reported customer issues and seeing problems through to resolution.
– Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.
– Be able to perform remote troubleshooting, read and understand logs.
– Proven working experience in enterprise technical support, IT support, as a technical engineer or as an onboarding project manager.
– Strong problem-solving skills / Excellent communication skillsQualifications:– Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering related degree.
– Must have at least fundamental knowledge of networking basics and topology.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
– Must be strong communicator both written and verbally in English.
