– Bachelor in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration; Licentiate is a plus.
– English, oral and written knowledge at fluid level is a must.
– 2 to 4 years of finance related experience.
– Knowledgeable in financial concepts and financial statements.
– Extensive knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting concepts
– Highly proficiency in Excel, Word, and other Microsoft office programs
– Ability to learn and effectively use NetSuite and Blackline.
– Familiarity with investment partnership reporting a plus Must maintain strict confidentiality of client, investment, and company information
– Acute attention to accuracy and detail
– Effective communication skills and strong problem solving skills
– Must be able to meet department goals
– Ability to work independently, prioritize activities while working on multiple projects and achieve target deadlines**Responsibilities**:– Help manage the company’s long-term corporate investments:– Process, record, and review capital call and distribution notices
– Process carry distributions and record related entries
– Reconcile capital account balances
– Assist with US fixed assets and lease schedules
– Assist with reconciling intercompany account balances Assist with treasury activities, including but not limited to:– Prepare wires and ACH batches
– Monitor and reconcile cash balances
– Assist with cash forecasting process
– Prepare and enter month-end journal entries
– Assist with continuous process improvements
– Review and process expense reports against company policy
– Perform other duties as requested or as responsibilities dictate
