**P&O Business Partner**

**Responsibilities**:
**Responsibilities**:

– Partner with other P&O sub-teams and different business support teams across the organization, to execute strategy and action plans from P&O specialty areas.
– Lead the overall talent management process for different business areas, including headcount management, identification of top talent, talent development, succession planning and performance management, to design talent planning solutions that fulfill business needs.
– Partner with leaders to ensure a suitable and effective organizational structure, analyzing positions and business requirements to elaborate and/or modify job descriptions and suggest changes in the organizational charts (if applies).
– Follow up the Talent Acquisition cycle of the business areas in charge to ensure effective and timely sourcing, selection, and hiring of team members with the skills required to deliver business value.
– Provide training, counsel and support to leaders in the execution and management of employee relations in alignment with CR P&O employee relations model and disciplinary matrix. Additionally, act as a point of contact for team member concerns and/or questions.
– Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conduct effective investigations, according to CR P&O employee relations model, disciplinary matrix, and Costa Rica labor regulations.
– Register all employee relations cases in the incident log, to clearly state metrics as response times and monthly backlog cases, to ensure appropriate metrics and a jurisprudence framework.
– Gather and analyze data related to business KPIs to make critical decisions, share insights with leaders and suggest solutions based on the P&O decisions principles that support the culture, strategic direction, and resource optimization.
– Utilize data sources to review KPIs such as turnover, attrition, employee relations metrics, talent management, onboarding, offboarding (including exit interviews), to address the best organizational plans for retention, team member engagement, workplace climate and culture.
– Assist with team member communication, and feedback through company meetings, employee satisfaction surveys, newsletters, focus groups, one on one meetings, and navigation through the intranet to ensure the best team member experience.
– Partner with other P&O sub-teams to develop improvement process across CR P&O.

Qualifications:

– University bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or business administration.
– Master’s degree preferred.
– Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of Human Resources.
– English proficiency B2/ B2+ (written and speaking)
– Knowledge in benefits and compensation, talent management, performance, organizational design, and talent acquisition processes.
– Strong employee relations skills, understanding and interpretation of Costa Rica labor laws.
– Proficient in Ms Office.
– Comprehensive understanding of HR and business strategy.
