It isn’t a question.The People Services Specialist (Portuguese) will act as the Human Resources single point of contact on site for operators and first-line leaders who have no or minimal access to computers and who require basic HR-related support over the phone and via chat.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide advice and guidance on Human Resources procedures covering the full employee lifecycle including leave of absence, onboarding, payroll, benefits enrollment, among others.Apply Agile ways of working by actively participating in routines to monitor daily work, and partner with other team members to improve processes.Import best practices when applicable to improve user and employee experience.Communicate effectively, both written and orally to explain complex processes to customers and peers.Provide end to end oversight to help solve the HR queries from manufacturing employees and first-line leaders.Responsible for effective triaging complex HR queries within the HR service delivery model to ensure timely resolution within agreed operational service targets.Work closely with the HR Site lead on critical site priorities resulting from global process changes, particularly those that require support being provided to the site-based line operators and line managers who have no or minimal access to Haleon computers.Why you?Basic Qualifications:We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Higher educational degree in HR, Business Administration or related.Experience of 2 years working in a customer service environment.Fluent spoken and written English and Portuguese language skills are required.Microsoft Office (intermediate/advanced Excel)Previous experience with Brazilian HR processes would be preferred.Previous experience with Service Now and Workday would be preferred.If you feel this is your next career step, apply by 26/01/2024!
