In this role you will play a vital role in our success. If you are interested in our position and want to pursue a career in our company, we invite you to be part of our team!What are the main responsibilities of this role?Acts as point of contact for senior management for key HR-driven activities.Solves complex challenges based on accurate identification of underlying factors/causes and is aware of the impact of proposed solutions outside their own immediate area.Provides input for decision-making to senior managers for APM Terminals.Develops solutions to match business needs, participates in the development of new ideas and organizes information to develop, compare and assess alternatives.Partner with HR Business Partners on the implementation of the People and DEI Strategy.Responsible for regional coordination of all people moves in the HR organization, being central point of contact for APM Terminals Moin.Deliver support, including HR operations to the People Partnering Organization, driving the annual HR cycle and providing tactical and operational guidance and coaching to leaders on HR all matters.Connect with change management and organization design workstreams in the central People Partner Organization for APM Terminals, as well as HRBP, to ensure global execution alignment and consistency.What are we looking for?Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related fields5-8 years of experience as an HRBP or HRM is a plus.Pasion to provide a best-in-class customer experience.Fluency in English and SpanishGood understanding of Costa Rica LawsIntermediate level in MS OfficeDesirable Workday experienceAvailability to reside in Limón, Moín.Structured work approach and a focus on delivering results.Change management experience.Excellent stakeholder management skills and proven ability to deliver through others.Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.Be self-driven, energetic, and have a ‘can-do’ mindset.If you have been reading until now, we are glad to know that you are interested in this opportunity.
