Descripción de funciones: Our team in Heredia currently has an opening for a P2P Team Lead > YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee and monitor the AP team to ensuretimely delivery of AP processes and promote continuous improvements.
Ensure adequate resourcing and resolutionof any operational issues for smooth processing of activitiesEnsure timely processingof invoices as per KPI and in compliance with service levels, company policies,procedures and controlsEngage in collaborationwith the business and stakeholders/ vendors to develop a professionalrelationshipEnsure monthly reporting process ismanaged effectively and that the outputs are shared with stakeholdersLead continuous process improvementinitiatives for increased efficiency and effectivenessResolve any operational issues which wereescalatedCoach team members to improve skills andknowledge YOUR PROFILE Advanced knowledge/ use of ERP and officeproductivity tools (MS Office etc.
