Come, join us on this journey!British American Tobacco Costa Ricahas an exciting opportunity for an Order To Cash – Team Lead – Portuguese The order to cash team lead – Portuguese is going to be focusing on the Latam South market in the area of ??account receivables, registration, customer relations, payments and invoices, customer balances and adjustments.
He/she also deals with overdue invoices and invoices.
Reports to: Junior ManagerGeographic Scope: Latam South regionYour key responsibilities will includeManage accounts receivable teamManage multiple customer accounts for debt collection efforts.Ensure compliance with all Global OTC policies and procedures with emphasis to address any local specifics and requirements as needed.Proactive Customer relationship building continually seek out ways to improve customer satisfaction, communication & query resolution.Report accounts receivable statusMonitor accounts to identify outstanding debtsWhat are we looking for?
Graduated of Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related fields.1-2 years collections OTC experience (cash operations, credit knowledge can be an asset).1 year leading people or teams Advanced English level.
(Required)Advanced Portuguese level.
(Required)Advanced Excel level.
