• Process general Source to Pay transactions according to process documentations.

• Comply with procurement standards, policies and procedures.

• Guide business and procurement operations end to end with system and process handling.

• Perform controls according to process design.

• Contribute to process improvements.

• Conduct trainings.

• Create and maintain master data to ensure a lean procure to pay flow.

• Elaborate standard content management activities and clarifying operational issues.

WHO YOU ARE

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Industrial (Mandatory).

• Demonstrated experience in Procurement or Source to Pay of a minimum of 3-5 years.

• English at least B2 written and spoken (Mandatory).

• SAP experience is a plus.

• Analytical and PC skills is mandatory (MS Office Excel user).

• Communication and interpersonal skills are required when dealing with customers, colleagues, and management.

• Analytic problem-solving skills.

• Customer oriented mind-set.

• Ability to work under pressure with high flexibility in changing environments.

• Capable to lead teleconferences in an international context.
