We are seeking for an experienced and results-driven Office Coordinator who can efficiently communicate with vendors and employees, build strong relationships, and enforce office procedures to meet Free Trade Zone compliance.

Complaints Investigator - Quality Technician III - Shift A 1

RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Maintain government relations for Free Trade Zone matters, including processes and practices to ensure compliance

– Act as the office liaison for fixed assets, including vendor collaboration and inventory

– Partner with Accounting to ensure proper payment of weekly invoices

– Order office supplies and food and keep inventory of stock

– Coordinate all office and equipment maintenance and ensure quality and completion

– Follow and enforce all environmental health and safety protocols

– Assist in daily operations, supporting business objectives, milestones, and financial goals

– Assist in planning and execution of company activities to drive employee engagement

– Coordinate onboarding and lunch for new hires

– Manage vendor relations and facilities management including office renovations or expansions

– Supervise cleaning personnel

– Manage parking for employees and visitors

– Perform other assignments as required

**REQUIREMENTS**:

– Bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field

– Free Trade Zone experience highly desired

– 2+ years relevant work experience, preferably as office coordinator

– Strong English and Spanish communication skills, both written and verbal

– Experience managing vendors and facilities is preferred

– Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

– Solid organizational competences including attention to detail and multitasking

– Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

– Ability to manage highly confidential information
