Descripción de funciones: : This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:Issuance of the Mexico´s electronic receipts called «Complemento de Pago» in Edicom. This process includes the Log update, sending the receipts to the customers and send a final report at the month end to the local market confirming that all complements were processed.Support on the US Escheatment process by reviewing the reports performed by Genpact´s team before sending them to the third party (SOVOS). Follow up to the due diligence letter responses from the customers. Coordination and follow up to the third-party due dates and tracking the SOP compliance.Manage the physical CDs of the PNC bank, this task includes the reception and filing of the CDs and their revision when there is a request from Collections or Genpact team.Cash App SPOC (single point of contact) between Genpact and the stakeholders, especially for those markets with language dependencies. This includes the coordination with Treasury team in case there are local bank procedures required such us: bank access, bank signatories and token assignment.Monthly calculation of the Chile 30 Days Law fees and further review with LOC market for GL allocation and journal posting.Tracking and trend review of the Unapplied and Unallocated cash with Genpact´s team in order to achieve the monthly KPI´s targets.Posting of the Cash in Transit monthly journal, the analyst must have timely communication with collections and the market during MEC to provide calculations about cash in transit journals applicable for the period. This includes reviewing the support documentation to ensure that the payment is applicable for cash in transit.Send the LATAM cash application closure confirmations every month end close.Support on project requirements related to Cash Application processes.Handling the reopening module of AP in the month end close, this includes requesting the approval to the finance controllers, and coordinate this task with the corresponding IT team.Manage the onboarding to new vaccine´s collectors in matters of Cash Application process.Follow up on payment proposals process accurate execution.Continuous Improvement: Implement and document at least one improvement per Q in the process.Back up definition for a 100% of processes of the Sr. Cash App role.Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:Academic degree and area of specialization: Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Experience on cash application processes for LATAM countries (Chile and México)3+ years’ experience working with accounting processes on a shared service center environment.Upper intermediate to advance English level.
