Descripción de funciones: **NPI Planner 1**:– Experience Level: Individual Contributor- Job Type: Full-Time- Location: Costa Rica – Heredia, CR- Requisition ID: 7216**RESPONSIBILITIES**:– Analyzes, initiates, plans, and implements all materials or service-related actions to achieve On-Time Delivery objectives for assigned BAW/SAW Filter projects
– Generates DTR part numbers utilizing PDE tools
– Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner
– Works closely with Business Unit and Costa Rica Factory operations to coordinate lot starts and maintain workflow
– Determines manufacturing and materials requirements and creates PPOs for internal services
– Follows up and expedites materials as needed to meet customer requirements
– Proactively identifies and resolves issues that would delay material movement, production schedules or result in significant detrimental financial impact to a project. Involves other departments and management, when necessary, to resolve issues.
– Support LEAN culture within department and internal customers
– Collaborates with filter planning team at other work centers to expedite needs in Costa Rica Factory as needed.**QUALIFICATIONS**:– Bachelor’s degree or relevant material management experience
– Ability to work effectively in a team
– 2 to 4 years’ experience
– Experience in technical industry is a plus
– Working experience with MS Excel, SAP
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Self-motivated and organized
– Well-developed interpersonal skill
– Detail-oriented and quality-conscious
– Self-motivated with ability to work independently and efficiently on various assignments
– Ability to handle paperwork flow and prioritize workload
– Strong team building skills
– Flexible with ability to work well under stress
