**Manufacturing Production Planner**:

Care Experience Coordinator

**Your tasks**:

– Manage the Production Planning
– Conduct production planning to effectively comply with product requirements, maintaining a balance between the client’s requirements and the site ´s efficiency and inventory level
– Establish an actual, reachable, and acceptable Production Plan
– Achieve timely communication with operative areas (Production, Purchasing, etc.) with direct influence on their functions, and with the entire organization in general
– Follow up on the production plan through defining appropriate quantities, distribution and times in order to achieve maximum operative efficiency
– Review and follow-up production orders according to the analysis of the planning run, based on component delivery and manufacturing resources
– Calculate and provide lead times to customer service and sales support
– Coordinate with production, logistics, quality, and customer service for daily business
– Review and suggest the safety stock levels on finished goods
– Capacity Estimation for Production Floor
– Estimate workload for next 3 months on a weekly basis
– Perform the capacity requirement analysis, with a monthly frequency as minimum
– Adjust workload maximizing the capacity
– Contribute to continuous improvement
– Proactively promote best practices for efficient material planning
– All other relevant duties as assigned**Your profile**:

– Education:

– Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field of Engineering, Science preferred
– Other equivalent qualifications will be considered
– **Experience**:

– Minimum 2 years’ experience in material/production planning or manufacturing environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience
– Skills/Knowledge:

– English Level desired: B2+: (80% – 89%)
– Logical-mathematical reasoning to analyze cause and effect relationships, solve problems, using numbers and abstract visual information
– Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills to provide creative solutions to complex problems
– Desired knowledge: SAP, Inventory, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
– Intermediate in Microsoft Excel
– Personal Qualifications:

– Strong communication skills (both verbally and in written) with a proven ability to understand key concepts and communicate with business stakeholders
– Self-driven
– Physical/Mental Abilities:
