Our Global Supply Chain team plays a central part in ensuring our products are delivered to patients with cardiovascular disease and critical care needs. You’ll partner cross-functionally with manufacturing operations and sales teams, delivering thoughtful solutions to complex challenges all while developing your knowledge of the medical device industry. Whether your work includes strategic inventory planning, labeling, warehouse management, material handling, or any of our other supply chain opportunities, you will be making a meaningful contribution to our team and to patients all over the world.How you will make an impact:

  • Plan, lead, and execute defined and focused (e.g., regional, functional) supply chain projects and/or activities with accountability for successful completion within scope of project deliverables
  • Provide direction and guidance to project teams to execute supply chain projects and/or initiatives with limited complexity
  • Identify and evaluate supply chain process improvements and/or course correction/course alignment opportunities
  • Perform variety of analyses (e.g., limited global impact, product line) to drive supply chain strategies

What you’ll need (required):
Bachelor’s Degree in in related field with 8 years o experience in Supply Chain.What else we look for (preferred):

  • Proven successful project management skills
  • Proven expertise in both Microsoft Office Suite and related systems including JDE, Advanced Planning Systems working with Demand Flow methodology
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills including high discretion/judgment in decision making
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
  • Extensive knowledge of own area within the organization while contributing to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards
  • Extensive understanding of Edwards policies, procedures and guidelines relevant to local and/or global supply chain including FDA and ISO laws and regulations
  • Ability to transfer essential knowledge and mentor other team members on specialized skills
  • Strict attention to detail
  • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization
  • Ability to work and excel within a fast paced, dynamic, and constantly changing work environment
  • Represents leadership on sections of projects within a specific area interfacing with project managers and cross functional teams
  • Consult in a project setting within specific sections
  • Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
