We believe when money moves, better things happen.**Relentless pursuit of better**Ensure the proper monitoring and risk mitigation through the implementation of a robust risk control self- assessment program along with suspicious activity monitoring across operation sites. Manage a team of Analysts to ensure proper execution of the assessments throughout the year along with resolution from any resulting action plans.You will need to have bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Business Administration, Finance, or relative fields or equivalent and 3-5 years of experience working on implementation and control self-assessment program, 2 years in management experience, strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and have good soft skills in customer service, leadership, listening, collaboration, critical thinking, decision making, detail oriented and problem solving.
